फिल्म अँड टेलिव्हिजन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया ही एक भारतातील प्रमुख संस्था आहे जी चित्रपट,दूरदर्शन आणि डिजिटल मिडियाचे शिक्षण देते. याच संस्थेत विविध पदांसाठी भरती निघाली आहे. खाली दिलेली माहिती सविस्तर वाचा.

The selection process for this recruitment consists of examination and interview. The written test consists of objective type Questions related to the field of the post applied for. Candidates who clear the written test are called for interview.

The film and Television institute of india set up by the government of india in 1960, in the premises of the erstwhile prabhat studios in pune. The FTII Campus currently stands on the grounds of the erstwhile prabhat studio. Prabhat studio was a pioneer in the buismess of filmmaking and shifted to pune from kolhapur in 1993. The archaic studio of the time, which were the prodcution grounds for the films of prabhat are still present and are being used at FTII. IN 1971, FTII came to be known as the “film and television institute of india”. and started in service training programs for doordarshan, India,s public broadcaster.

The television training wing, which was earlier functioning in new delhi, shifted to pune in 1974. Thereafter, the institute became fully aided by the ministry of information and broadcasting.

Along with the name change, FTII became an autonomous society under the ministry of information and broadcasting.
