शैक्षणिक पात्रता / वय आणि अनुभव

• उमेदवार मान्यता असलेल्या विद्यापीठातून कायद्याची पदवी घेतलेला व सनद मिळवलेला असावा.
• दोन्ही पदाकरिता वकिलीचा कमीत कमी 5 वर्ष अनुभव गरजेचा आहे.
• गुन्हेगारी विषयक, सेवा विषयक, प्रशासकीय या सर्व प्रकारच्या कायद्याची स्थिति किंवा विभागीय चौकशी याचे ज्ञान असावे. जेणेकरून उमेदवार कायदेशीर कारवाई कार्यक्षमतेने पार पडू शकेल.
• नियुक्ती करताना उमेदवाराचे वय 60 वर्ष पेक्षा जास्त नसले पाहिजे.
